Position Overview
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking passengers, providing expert-level guidance through phone, email, and live chat. Based at our modern office in Mosta, you will act as a travel specialist, managing everything from initial inquiries to complex booking modifications while ensuring a premium service experience that reflects our clients' high standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Itinerary Management: Provide tailored consultations to assist travelers with flights, hotel stays, vehicle rentals, and holiday packages, ensuring all arrangements meet their specific requirements and budget.
- Critical Support: Act as a troubleshooting expert for urgent situations, such as emergency re-bookings, travel disruptions, or lost baggage, resolving issues with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Information Accuracy: Deliver up-to-date advice on international travel policies, insurance options, and entry requirements, ensuring passengers are fully prepared for their trips.
- Systems & Records: Utilize advanced booking tools and CRM software to process transactions securely and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions for future reference.
- Team Contribution: Participate in regular training and feedback loops to enhance service quality and stay informed about the latest trends in the global travel industry.
Who You Are
- Linguistic Expertise: You possess native-level fluency in German (C2) and a strong command of English (B2) to facilitate internal communication and training.
- Passenger-First Mentality: You are patient, empathetic, and truly enjoy the process of helping individuals plan and enjoy their travels.
- Technical Agility: You can master complex software quickly, including Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and multi-channel communication platforms.

- Eagerness to Grow: While a background in tourism is a plus, it is not mandatory. We are looking for candidates who are quick learners and ready to dive into the travel sector with our full training program.
