We are actively seeking a fluent Italian speaker (C1+) to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Malta. This is a fantastic, full-time opportunity to support the operations of a major international car rental company. Your Contribution to the Project

You will serve as the crucial first point of contact, ensuring that our Italian-speaking clients experience seamless travel. Your work will directly support travellers globally, helping them manage their car rentals from the initial booking right through to vehicle drop-off.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate in Italian via phone, email, and live chat to assist customers.
  • Manage Reservations: Expertly handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations for car rentals.
  • Provide Detailed Information: Clearly explain pricing, vehicle availability, insurance options, and rental contract terms.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and complicated issues with professionalism and empathy, always striving for a positive outcome.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Knowledge Base: Stay continuously updated on all car rental policies, promotions, and procedures to ensure advice is accurate.

What We Need From You

While previous experience is a benefit, it is not the most important factor—we value excellent communication and a strong customer focus above all else.

  • Language Fluency: Fluent command of Italian (C1 or above) is mandatory for both speaking and writing.
  • English: A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication, training, and documentation.
  • Location Requirement: You must be legally residing in Malta. This is an on-site role, and relocation assistance is not provided.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a natural problem-solver, and a clear customer-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Basic computer literacy and a willingness to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
  • Work Ethic: The ability to excel both independently and as a valued part of a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
