Core Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Support: Professionally manage complex customer queries across phone, email, and live chat, focusing on global shipping, logistics, and digital payment systems.

• Industry Expertise: Stay informed on the latest digital retail trends and system upgrades to offer highly knowledgeable assistance.
• Information Management: Accurately log customer interactions in the database to help analyze and improve the overall consumer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both German and English (minimum B2 level) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Education: A Matric certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent secondary school qualification.
• Tech Savviness: High digital literacy with the ability to easily navigate multiple software applications and data platforms simultaneously.
• Interpersonal Strengths: Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
