Position Summary

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Russian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to support a globally recognized social media platform. In this position, you will act as a vital point of contact for the platform's international user base, working alongside a diverse team to ensure an online environment that is safe, welcoming, and seamless.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the platform's community and assisting users worldwide through the following tasks:

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming requests from Russian-speaking users via email and real-time chat, resolving issues related to account access, profile safety, and app functionalities.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify technical glitches, system bugs, and user errors, providing straightforward solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Policy Enforcement: Maintain a positive online atmosphere by educating users on community guidelines and flagging any violations of platform policies.
  • Performance Goals: Meet daily productivity and quality targets by delivering empathetic, high-quality service.

Key Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual mastery of Russian, complemented by professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level) for internal communications and training modules.
  • Right to Work: Must hold a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), EU Citizenship, or a valid Refugee Card.
  • Work History: Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer care is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Flexibility: Readiness to work a rotating roster within a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Total Compensation

  • Gross Compensation: €1,237 per month (based on a 12-month pay structure).
  • Time Commitment: 40 hours per week, spread across 5 working days.
  • Daily Schedule: 8 hours of work per day, plus an additional 1-hour break for lunch.
  • Shift Hours: Rotational schedules operating Monday through Sunday, scheduled between 07:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight).
