- Consultative Growth: Leverage market analytics to provide data-driven optimization strategies, ensuring partners achieve maximum yield and listing visibility.
- Proactive Mitigation: Anticipate account friction points and deploy rapid-response solutions to maintain portfolio health and partner satisfaction.
II. Pipeline Architecture & CRM Mastery
- Systems Excellence: Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) and advanced tech stacks to orchestrate complex workflows and track lifecycle milestones with precision.
- Commercial Ownership: Manage a high-value pipeline with total autonomy, ensuring consistent progression toward aggressive expansion and revenue targets.
- KPI Performance: Consistently outperform engagement benchmarks and outreach metrics, maintaining a rigorous cadence of quality interactions.
III. Cross-Functional Synergy & Innovation
- Voice of the Customer (VoC): Synthesize frontline market intelligence into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams to drive platform evolution.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with Territory Sales and Program Managers to synchronize regional goals and global brand standards.
- Professional Evolution: Engage in continuous executive coaching and specialized sales training to maintain a competitive edge in the Prop-Tech sector.
The Candidate Profile
- Professional Pedigree: 1–2 years of demonstrable success in Account Management, Customer Success, or high-stakes B2B client relations.
- Academic Foundation: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Linguistic Fluency: C2-level German (native-level nuance) and Professional English are mandatory for cross-border collaboration.
- Persuasive Authority: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and diverse property owners.
- Operational Agility: A proven track record of exceeding rigorous KPIs in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
