Our goal is simple: establishing the leading Matcha brand across the European market. We are a fast-scaling team (11-50 employees) that prioritizes Execution First. We are looking for a high-stamina communicator to spearhead our B2B footprint and turn potential into profit.
The Role: Impact & Execution
As a core member of our sales engine, you won't just follow a script—you will build the blueprint for our international growth. Your focus will be on aggressive outbound activity and creating seamless customer journeys.
- Pipeline Engineering: Identify, research, and qualify high-value leads to build a functional sales funnel from the ground up.
- Proactive Outreach: Own the "front line" through cold calling and bespoke digital outreach, navigating the sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
- Systems Optimization: Assist in refining our CRM architecture and internal workflows to ensure our sales ops are as premium as our product.
- Rapid Iteration: Partner with the B2B Lead to test new market hypotheses weekly—analyzing what works, discarding what doesn't, and scaling the wins.
- Onboarding & Logistics: Manage the sampling process and ensure a flawless transition for new partners during the onboarding phase.

- Linguistic Mastery: You must be perfectly fluent in German (C2) and highly proficient in English (C1) to handle high-level negotiations.
