The Role: Insurance Advice & Management

You will be the expert voice of the brand, helping customers manage their legal policies, financial security, and claims.

• Policy Expert: Give professional advice on various insurance products—including car, liability, and property insurance—to make sure customers have the best coverage.
• Claims Help: Guide customers through the claims process with technical accuracy and a helpful attitude during stressful situations.
• Building Loyalty: Keep customers happy by performing personalized coverage reviews and providing excellent administrative support.
• Technical Accuracy: Use professional insurance software to manage data under strict German privacy rules (GDPR).
• Continuous Improvement: Help the remote team stay excellent by suggesting ways to improve work processes.

Who We Are Looking For: Sharp & Independent

We want clear communicators who are comfortable working on their own in a remote setting.

• Language Skills: You must have native or near-native mastery of German (C1/C2 level) to explain complex contract details. Professional English (B2 level) is needed for team reports.
• Analytical Skills: The ability to break down complex information and give high-value advice to customers.
• Calm Under Pressure: The emotional strength to stay professional and helpful when dealing with expensive claims or sensitive questions.
• Self-Discipline: A proven ability to stay productive and keep information private while working 100% from home.
• Background: Experience in finance, insurance, or law is a big plus, but we provide a "Certified Insurance Academy" for the right candidates.
