German Speaking Customer Advisor (On-site in Braga)

Your Mission: Improving Digital Information

In this role, you will be a specialist for our German-speaking users. You will help maintain the accuracy of our international business directories and help companies manage their online presence.

• User Consultation: Guide German-speaking clients through account setups and platform features via phone and email.
• Data Quality: Perform careful audits of business listings to make sure our global database remains reliable and up to date.
• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve user issues regarding account access, listing visibility, and technical syncing.
• Professional Standards: Maintain high service levels in every interaction to ensure a smooth experience for all users.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other teams to spot user trends and suggest ways to make the platform even better.

What We're Looking For

We want precise, helpful individuals who are comfortable with technology and have a "can-do" attitude.

• Language Skills: Near-native German (written and verbal) and at least B2-level English for training and internal communication.
• Location: You must already live in or near Braga, Portugal, and be able to work in the office every day. Note: Relocation support is not available for this role.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use CRM systems and standard professional web tools.
• Experience: Previous work in data or customer service is a plus, but we welcome motivated beginners who are ready to learn.
• Soft Skills: A focus on accuracy, professional patience, and a team-player mindset.
