The Role
In this position, you will act as a dedicated consultant for our German-speaking clientele. Working from our vibrant office in Malta, you will be the expert voice helping travelers navigate their journeys. Whether through phone, email, or chat, your goal is to provide seamless assistance, manage complex bookings, and uphold the elite reputation of our partner brands.
Your Impact
- Expert Travel Planning: Guide customers through the booking process for flights, accommodations, car hires, and holiday packages, tailoring every detail to their specific needs and budget.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Take ownership of traveler concerns, from handling urgent re-bookings due to cancellations to resolving luggage issues, always maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
- Knowledge Excellence: Keep your finger on the pulse of the travel industry, including current visa rules, health protocols, and airline policies, to provide accurate, real-time advice.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain precise records of all client interactions within our CRM to ensure a personalized and consistent experience for every traveler.
- Team Synergy: Engage in continuous learning and share insights with your colleagues to help refine our processes and elevate the overall customer journey.
What We Are Looking For
- Language Mastery: High-level fluency (C2) in German is essential for this role, alongside a strong working knowledge of English (B2) for internal collaboration.
- Service Mindset: You are naturally empathetic and find satisfaction in helping others plan their ideal travel experiences.
- Agility & Learning: You can quickly adapt to new software, such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and stay updated on ever-changing travel regulations.
