The Mission: Navigator of Global Experiences
As a Travel Consultant, you are the bridge between a traveler's plans and their successful execution. You will act as a high-level troubleshooter, managing complex logistics and ensuring every itinerary is handled with professional precision.
Core Responsibilities
- Bilingual Support: Provide high-level consultation to Croatian-speaking guests and an international network of hospitality partners.
- Booking Management: Oversee the full reservation lifecycle, including urgent modifications, cancellations, and specialized guest requests.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a professional mediator to resolve disputes regarding property stays, payments, or check-in logistics.
- Digital Excellence: Use sophisticated CRM platforms to track workflows and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- Brand Advocacy: Maintain the elite standards of a premier travel platform through empathetic and authoritative communication.
