Danish Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Greece)

We are looking for Danish speakers to join a remote team supporting one of the world's most famous luxury car brands.

In this role, you aren't just answering phones—you are providing a top-tier service experience. Working from your home anywhere in Greece, you will act as a personal assistant for Danish owners of high-end cars, helping them manage their luxury vehicles and the technology inside them.

The Job: Digital Support & Tech Expert

As a Brand Ambassador, you represent the best of the car world. Your goal is to provide high-quality, personalized help that matches the quality of the cars themselves.

• Personal Customer Care: Help Danish car owners with advanced vehicle features, high-tech systems, and special service requests.
• Tech Advice: Guide owners through digital tools, including touch-screen systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and software updates.
• Roadside Help: Quickly organize help or emergency repairs so the customer's trip isn't interrupted.
• Professional Chat: Talk to customers via phone, email, and chat using polite and professional Danish.
• Keep Records: Carefully update customer information to help build long-term loyalty to the brand.

Who We Are Looking For: Professional & Calm

We want great communicators who are polite and professional, fitting the image of a luxury brand.

• Language Skills: You must speak Danish at a native or near-native level (C1/C2). You also need good English (B2) to work with the rest of the company.
• Service Mindset: You are naturally good at hospitality and know how to talk to high-profile clients with respect and calm.
• Comfort with Tech: You are good at using software and are interested in new car tech like AI and electric vehicles.
• Work from Home Skills: You are disciplined enough to stay focused and work hard in a 100% remote setup.
• Training: You don't need to be a car expert yet; we provide full training through our brand academy to get you certified.
