German Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid)

This role is for high-achievers who are good at solving problems and understand the culture of the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As the main person helping our clients succeed, you will help tech companies and fast-growing "unicorn" startups use our digital tools effectively.

YOUR MAIN TASKS: WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this job, you will act as a senior advisor and tech expert. Your goal is to turn complicated ad technology into real success for businesses.

• Managing Accounts: You will handle the entire process of setting up new clients. You will build smart PPC (pay-per-click) ad plans that are made specifically for different types of businesses.
• Solving Problems: You will study what your clients need and provide custom digital solutions to help them reach their big sales goals.
• Running Campaigns: You will start and manage powerful ad campaigns. These are meant to help brands enter new markets quickly and grow over time.
• Growing Revenue: You will find ways to expand your clients' accounts by using data to show them how they are making a profit.
• Keeping Clients: You will work closely with your clients so they see you as a partner they can't live without.
• Staying Organized: You will keep very careful notes in our computer system. You must make sure every detail about a client's account is recorded perfectly.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Education: You need a university degree. A Master's degree in Marketing or Business is even better.
• Languages: You must speak and write German and English perfectly. This is required to handle business talks and work with international teams.
• Modern Skills: you should be comfortable using AI tools to make your work faster and better.
• Communication: You are great at giving presentations and can explain hard tech ideas in a way that is easy for bosses to understand.
• German Market Expert: You understand how business works in Germany, including local professional habits and privacy rules (GDPR).
