We are looking for an Onboarding Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will help promising Dutch companies and upcoming "unicorn" businesses grow globally by using advanced advertising tools. Your job is to serve as the lead consultant for the Netherlands, creating digital plans for new partners to ensure they integrate successfully and see long-term commercial growth.

Your Responsibilities: Strategic Growth and Consulting

You will be the person who builds the client's first experience, turning complex advertising technology into real results for their business.

  • Campaign Management: You will oversee the technical setup and the strategic launch of high-performance PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads for a variety of Dutch businesses.
  • Product Expertise: You will be an expert on top-tier advertising platforms, picking and adjusting specific tools to meet each client's unique goals.
  • Consultative Sales: You will carefully study what a client needs so you can provide marketing solutions that give them the highest possible return on investment.
  • Budget Optimization: You will look for ways to expand accounts and manage budgets to make sure your partners get the most value for their money.
  • Data Accuracy: You will keep detailed and accurate records in the CRM system to ensure the whole team can work together effectively.

The Ideal Candidate: Analytical and Leadership Skills

We are looking for a professional who is good at analyzing data and has the people skills needed to build trust with Dutch corporate leaders.

  • Education: A University degree (BA/BS) is required. A Master's in Marketing or Communications is a strong plus.
  • Languages: You must be fluent in both Dutch and English (Native or C2 level) for high-level professional discussions.
  • Work History: You need at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a client-facing role, with a proven track record of hitting your targets.
  • Digital Skills: You are comfortable using data and analytics to create specific insights and strategies for your clients.
  • Market Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of Dutch business culture, regional rules like GDPR, and the current digital landscape in the Netherlands.
