Dutch Speaking Travel Agent (Remote in Greece)

You are the main link between technical details and customer happiness.

• Communication Skills: Handle different ways of talking to customers—including phone, email, and live chat—using professional Dutch and English.
• Problem Solving: Fix complicated booking issues and payment questions quickly while still being caring and helpful.
• Expert Advice: Stay updated on international travel rules and digital tools so you can give high-quality advice.
• Keeping Records: Carefully write down all customer interactions in the company system to make sure the service history is accurate.
• Reaching Goals: Hit your performance targets while working with a global team to make our service even better.
