Our award-winning consultancy is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow. In this role, you will act as a strategic link for world-class tech clients, helping large companies adopt cloud technology and digital strategies while hitting major growth targets.
Our hybrid work model is built for modern flexibility, combining three days at our Krakow office with two days of remote work.
Core Objectives & Strategic Impact
Your focus will be on providing high-value consulting rather than just making quick sales. You will find cloud-based opportunities and work directly with senior executives to modernize their business systems.
- High-Level Networking: Build and maintain strong partnerships with small-to-medium businesses and top corporate leaders.
- Commercial Growth: Use your technical knowledge to lead complex negotiations, solve business challenges, and consistently beat your sales goals.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively find high-potential leads and manage a professional sales funnel for our global tech partners.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of trends in cloud and digital media to provide expert, data-backed advice to your clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and managers to ensure your personal wins help the company reach its overall goals.
What We're Looking For
We want a resilient, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced business environment and has a disciplined "hunter" instinct for finding new business.
- Language Skills: Advanced German (B2+/C1) and professional English (B2) for smooth communication within the company.
- Experience: At least one year in a sales environment, with a proven track record in finding leads or managing accounts.
- Tech Savvy: A strong understanding of cloud systems and a real interest in where the tech industry is headed.
- Mindset: A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to solve complex business problems on your own.
- Location: You must live in or be ready to move to Krakow, Poland.
