In this high-impact role, you will be one half of a strategic, two-person team in Munich. This position offers exceptional visibility to leadership and extensive cross-functional exposure across Sales, Compliance, and Operations—making you a vital driver of both client satisfaction and localized growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted first point of contact for dealers and their clients, building long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to guarantee seamless trade processing and rapid issue resolution.
- Customer Enablement: Empower clients by training them on our digital tools, encouraging platform adoption to maximize their autonomy and operational security.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor, track, and report on open trades requiring wire instructions, proactively escalating potential non-settlements to management.
- Financial & CRM Administration: Support healthy cash flow by managing the timely collection of open receivables, and maintain immaculate client records within Salesforce.
- Compliance & Escalations: Independently resolve minor customer grievances and manage key compliance inquiries (GDPR, CASS) alongside internal teams and banking partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
- Languages: Native-level fluency in German (C2) and professional proficiency in English (C1) are strictly required.
- Experience: 1+ years of proven success in client support, account management, or a similar high-touch customer-facing environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong computer literacy, including advanced comfort with MS Excel, Outlook, and the broader MS Office suite.
- Work Style: A flexible, committed professional who thrives on direct client interaction and cross-departmental teamwork.
- Location: Based in Munich with the ability to commute to the office regularly (please note: this is a hybrid role, fully remote work is not available).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience within banking, fintech, or corporate financial services.
