Core Responsibilities

  • B2B Partnership Support: Manage critical incoming inquiries through phone and digital networks, consistently upholding strict benchmarks for safety and service quality.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Identify the root causes of complex logistical and technical bottlenecks to implement optimal solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Cross-Departmental Alignment: Coordinate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Sales teams to maintain highly accurate data and smooth internal workflows.
