Position Overview

We are searching for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative to capture new market share for a premier global artificial intelligence enterprise. Your primary objective will be turning both warm inbound leads and cold outbound prospects into active clients.

This role demands a highly independent professional who thrives on outbound prospecting, understands modern web marketing, and utilizes a consultative, client-first approach to close deals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through diverse outbound and inbound tactics, including cold phone outreach, email sequencing, and social selling.
  • Full-Cycle Deal Management: Evaluate client requirements, demonstrate customized AI marketing products, and navigate the entire sales funnel from introductory contact to final closure.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed established quarterly performance indicators and revenue goals.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain highly accurate, detailed records of all pipeline movements and sales communications inside Salesforce.
  • Internal Alignment: Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and identify strategic opportunities for account growth.

Profile Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Languages: C1-level mastery of German and at least B2-level proficiency in English.
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of proven success within business-to-business (B2B) sales, outbound prospecting, or cold calling roles.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: A firm foundational grasp of digital advertising models, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), and paid media channels.
  • Systems Familiarity: Practical experience utilizing Salesforce or equivalent customer relationship management software, paired with solid data management skills.
  • Disposition: Self-motivated to prospect independently, emotionally resilient, and highly motivated by financial and performance targets.

Preferred Attributes

  • Strong consultative communication skills with a track record of presenting to C-level decision-makers.
  • History of overseeing high-potential commercial accounts.
  • Previous exposure to the artificial intelligence sector or advanced advertising technology platforms.

  • Base Pay: €30,000 gross per year
  • Performance Variable: €5,175 gross per year at standard target completion (completely uncapped, allowing for significantly higher earnings based on results)
