Everyday Responsibilities

In this position, you will protect online communities and champion exceptional user care through the following duties:

  • Inbound Assistance: Provide top-tier service to Russian-speaking users via web chat and email channels, addressing issues related to profile recovery, account privacy, and core application tools.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve software glitches to deliver a smooth, uninterrupted user experience.
  • Guideline Education: Inform and advise platform users on community standards and safety protocols, helping to maintain a civil and inviting online space.
  • Performance Standards: Regularly meet daily quantitative and qualitative metrics while maintaining an understanding, professional attitude.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Russian, complemented by a confident working command of English (minimum B2 level) to independently follow internal training modules and corporate updates.
  • Right to Work: Candidates must possess a valid Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), a formal Refugee Card, or an EU passport.
  • Prior Background: Previous employment in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality is valued but completely voluntary.
  • Schedule Adaptability: The flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving office environment and adapt to changing, rotating shift rosters.

Compensation & Work Schedule

  • Gross Compensation: €1,237 monthly (paid on a standard 12-month calendar cycle).
  • Weekly Obligation: A steady 40-hour work week divided across 5 operational days.
  • Shift Structure: 8 daily working hours paired with a 1-hour unpaid midday break.
  • Operating Hours: Rotating shift configurations spanning Monday through Sunday, scheduled anytime between 07:00 AM and 00:00 AM (Midnight).
