Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

In this position, your regular workspace routine will involve:

• User Support: Assist French-speaking clients with questions regarding digital wallets, account access, and payment processing via phone and live chat.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve platform glitches, making complex financial tools simple and accessible for customers.
• Data Security: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and privacy regulations to safeguard sensitive financial information and prevent fraud.
• Global Teamwork: Utilize your English skills to collaborate with international departments and stay updated on the latest fintech developments.
• Improving the Experience: Share valuable user feedback and behavioral ideas to help our development teams continuously optimize the platform.

Who We Are Looking For: Requirements & Profile

We care most about your attitude and language capabilities. You do not need a background in finance or customer care to apply, as we provide a comprehensive, fully paid onboarding academy to set you up for success!

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken French, paired with a solid intermediate level of English (B2 level) for business meetings and corporate updates.
• Desire to Learn: No specific industry background is required—we are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about learning the digital banking industry.
• Tech Literacy: High comfort level operating different software systems, browser dashboards, and digital financial tools.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive financial matters with patience, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach under pressure.
