About the job Dutch Speaking Content Presenter (on-site)
We are seeking energetic, fluent Dutch speakers to host live web broadcasts from our main production hub in Madrid. If you have a captivating presence on camera and want to launch a global career in digital media and online entertainment, this role is a great fit.
As an interactive broadcast host, you will deliver lively entertainment while acting as the primary face of the brand. Working from a cutting-edge studio, you will lead real-time Dutch-language broadcasts and interact directly with an international audience.
Core Responsibilities
- Live Hosting: Anchor engaging, fast-paced live broadcasts while maintaining a polished on-screen persona.
- Audience Interaction: Engage with viewers in real time to foster an inviting online community and drive audience retention.
- Visual Standards: Uphold top-tier grooming, professionalism, and posture while live on camera.
- Compliance & Rules: Strictly follow operational guidelines to guarantee total accuracy, integrity, and fairness throughout every show.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with floor managers and broadcast technicians to deliver seamless, high-quality productions.
Pay & Financial Benefits
- Base Pay: A reliable monthly salary of €1,500.
- Language Shift Differential: An extra €4.00 per hour during live stream hours.
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to €3.00 additional per hour based on broadcast quality and key performance indicators.
- Night Shift Increase: A 20% pay increase for hours worked between 22:55 and 08:00.
- Estimated Earnings: Expected gross monthly income ranges between €1,850 and €2,100 for standard full-time hours.
Relocation Support
- Travel Coverage: Flights to Madrid (or high-speed train tickets for domestic relocations within Spain).
- Temporary Housing: 25 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival to help you settle in.
- Settling-In Allowance: A tax-free €1,500 cash payment to cover initial relocation costs.
- Administrative Assistance: Hands-on support from HR to obtain your NIE tax number, register with Social Security, and open a Spanish bank account.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Contract: Permanent, indefinite contract starting on day one.
