We are looking for an energetic Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderator to join our expanding, international team in Lisbon. In this position, you will protect Hebrew-speaking end users across a major global technology network covering social platforms, creative tools, digital ads, and enterprise services.

Primary Duties
- Maintain Content Quality: Evaluate and moderate user-submitted posts, imagery, media, and text in Hebrew to ensure adherence to safety policies and community standards.
- Investigate & Resolve Issues: Spot potential risks, flag policy violations, and transfer intricate safety cases to specialized internal departments.
- Support Online Safety: Deliver quick, precise, and neutral content reviews to keep the platform safe and trustworthy.
- Uphold Policy Standards: Apply policy knowledge to reduce online risks and foster a secure digital space.
- Ongoing Skill Development: Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed on updated safety guidelines, cultural context, and moderation software.
Basic Requirements
- Hebrew Skills: Complete spoken and written fluency in Hebrew to accurately interpret nuances in user content.
- English Skills: B2 level proficiency or higher for team collaboration, documentation, and training.
- Work Right: EU/EEA citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
- Experience: Backgrounds in trust and safety, content moderation, customer service, or data entry are welcome, though not essential. Full paid training is provided.
- Tech Comfort: Strong familiarity with social media platforms, digital apps, and standard web navigation.
- Key Traits: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Work Authorization Rules
Applicants must already possess the legal right to work in Portugal under one of these statuses:
- EU / EEA / Swiss Citizens: Valid passport or official national ID card.
- Portuguese Permit Holders: Active Título de Residência or equivalent authorization permitting immediate full-time work.
Note: We cannot sponsor new work visas for non-EU candidates who do not already have Portuguese work authorization.
Compensation & Relocation Plans
Option 1: Local Plan (For current Lisbon residents)
- Base Salary: €1,767 Gross per month (paid over 12 months)
- Performance Incentives: Monthly performance-based bonuses
- Allowances: Daily meal allowance included
Option 2: Relocation Plan (For international movers)
- Base Salary: €1,478.16 Gross per month
- Travel: Paid plane ticket to Lisbon and complimentary airport pickup
- Accommodation: Private room in a high-quality shared apartment with all bills covered (rent, power, water, gas, internet) for your entire contract duration
- Admin Support: Full assistance with local legal setup, including obtaining your NIF tax number, NISS social security number, setting up a bank account, and health registration
