Your Impact as a Customer Advisor

In this role, you will serve as a specialist for our German-speaking user base, ensuring the precision and quality of our international directory data. You will be essential in helping businesses manage and optimize their digital presence.

Your Primary Duties:

  • User Consultation: Guide German-speaking clients through account configurations and platform functionalities via phone and email.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct meticulous audits and verifications of business listings to maintain a reliable global database.
  • Technical Support: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve user concerns regarding platform accessibility or listing visibility.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold premium professional standards across every client interaction.
  • Strategic Feedback: Collaborate with your team to identify emerging user trends and propose platform enhancements.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for patient, precise, and collaborative individuals who are comfortable navigating digital ecosystems.

  • Linguistic Skills: Near-native fluency in German (written and verbal) is required, along with a minimum of B2-level English for internal communication and training.
  • Location & Residency: You must currently reside in or near Braga, Portugal, and be able to commute to the office daily. Please note: Relocation assistance is not provided for this specific role.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard web-based tools.
  • Professional Background: Experience in customer support or data entry is an asset, but we are eager to train motivated entry-level candidates.
