• Customer Support: Help customers via phone and email with account management, online banking tools, and general financial services.
• Problem Solving: Identify what the client needs, break down complex questions, and provide quick, high-quality solutions or forward the case to the right specialist.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure every conversation follows the strict safety and legal rules required in international banking.
• Digital Tools: Use advanced company software to keep perfect records and maintain an accurate history for every customer.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Near-native or fluent German (C1/C2 level), plus a good command of English (B2 level).
• People Skills: Naturally good with people, with the ability to stay professional while making complex financial ideas easy to understand.
• Fast Learner: Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely interested in learning new software and banking processes.
• Experience: No previous finance or customer service experience is required! We provide fully paid, professional training to ensure your success.
