About the job German Speaking Onboarding Account Manager (Hybrid)

THE JOB: YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will act as a senior advisor and a technical expert. You will turn complicated ad technology into real, lasting success for businesses.
- Managing Clients: You will handle the entire process of bringing in new accounts. You'll design smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) ad plans that are customized for many different types of businesses.
- Expert Consulting: You will carefully study what each client needs. Then, you will provide custom digital tools to help them reach their big performance goals.
- Managing Ad Campaigns: You will start and run powerful ad campaigns meant to help companies enter new markets quickly and grow for a long time.
- Growing the Business: You will help increase the money coming in by finding new ways for clients to grow. You'll use data to prove that their spending is actually making them a profit.
- Keeping Clients Loyal: You will make sure clients don't leave by becoming an essential partner in their digital growth.
- Keeping Accurate Records: You will keep very detailed notes in our CRM software. You must make sure every update and every detail about a client's account is written down perfectly.

- Education: You need a Bachelor's degree. Having a Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a big plus.
- Language Skills: You must speak and write German and English perfectly (C2 level). This is required to handle difficult business deals and work with people in different countries.
- Tech and AI Skills: You should have a modern mindset and know how to use AI tools to make your work better and faster.
- Communication Skills: You are great at giving presentations. You can take hard-to-understand tech info and explain it simply to company bosses.
- German Market Expert: You have a deep understanding of how business is done in Germany, including how to act in a professional setting and following strict privacy laws (GDPR).
