  • Multichannel Engagement: Handle high-level interactions via phone, email, and live chat to solve questions about platform features and digital setups.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a specialist to identify and fix account issues or technical glitches with precision.
  • User Optimization: Guide users on how to navigate the platform effectively and provide feedback to engineering teams to help the product grow.
