We are hiring motivated Russian-speaking Support Consultants to represent a leading international social media brand. In this position, you will assist a worldwide user base, playing a key role in keeping the online platform secure, reliable, and user-friendly.

Core Responsibilities

As a Support Consultant, you will deliver exceptional customer care and enforce community rules by carrying out the following duties:

  • User Assistance: Manage incoming email and chat inquiries from Russian-fluent members regarding privacy configurations, account restoration, and general application tools.
  • Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve platform bugs and technical errors to optimize the overall user journey.
  • Policy Education: Inform users about platform safety guidelines and community standards to help build a safe and positive digital environment.
  • Quality Excellence: Consistently hit team productivity and quality benchmarks by delivering fast, courteous, and professional support.

Required Experience & Profile

We prioritize ambition and core potential over years of specialized technical experience. All required skills will be taught through a fully compensated, in-depth training program.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in Russian, alongside solid upper-intermediate English skills (minimum B2 level) for corporate communications and internal training.
  • Work Authorization: Must hold valid legal permission to work in Portugal, such as a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), an EU passport, or official Refugee Status.
  • Background: Open to candidates from all professional fields; experience in hospitality or customer care is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Work Flexibility: Adaptability to work variable shift schedules within a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.

Compensation & Shift Schedule

  • Base Salary: €1,237 gross monthly (issued over a standard 12-month annual pay structure).
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week across 5 working days).
  • Daily Hours: 8-hour daily shifts, plus an unpaid 1-hour lunch period.
  • Operational Window: Rotating schedules spanning Monday through Sunday, operating between 07:00 AM and 00:00 (Midnight).
