The Mission: Driving Exceptional User Experiences

As a Customer Success Advisor, you will serve as the core bridge between a premier tech giant and its audience. Your primary goal is to turn standard support requests into outstanding user experiences through empathetic care and clever problem-solving.

  • Multi-Channel Support: Assist users across phone, email, and live chat platforms, serving as a knowledgeable authority on search tools and digital features.
  • Smart Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges or account discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Platform Advocacy: Guide users on how to maximize the platform's features while gathering valuable user feedback to help developers improve the product.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain top-tier service standards by consistently meeting personal and team performance metrics.

Work Schedule & Logistics

  • Weekly Commitment: A steady 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day).
  • Operational Hours: Rotating shifts scheduled Monday through Sunday, operating strictly between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM (ensuring your late evenings remain free to explore Lisbon's thriving social scene).

Compensation & Lifestyle Benefits
