Ukrainian Speaking Content Moderator (on-site)

• Eligibility: Strictly for applicants currently based in Portugal
• Compensation: €1,237 Gross per month (12-month calendar structure)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours/day + 1-hour meal break)
• Shift Window: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, scheduled between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight)

Key Accountabilities

As a Content Moderator, you will uphold platform safety and enforce community guidelines through the following tasks:

• Content Auditing: Review and assess user-submitted media—including text, images, videos, and profiles—to ensure full compliance with community rules and safety regulations.
• Platform Security: Detect, flag, and remove toxic, abusive, or fraudulent content to maintain a healthy online environment.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve escalated user claims regarding data privacy, profile locking, and community violations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Quality Excellence: Address sensitive online situations with neutral judgment, care, and speed to consistently hit standard service metrics.

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Language Skills: Native-level command of Ukrainian, paired with intermediate English fluency (B2 level) for internal corporate training and team communication.
• Right to Work: Strictly requires a valid Portuguese Resident Visa (Título de Residência), European Union citizenship, or recognized Refugee Status.
• Agility & Resilience: Comfortable reviewing sensitive online media and adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment with a rotating schedule.

Preferences (Nice-to-Haves):

• Prior exposure to online moderation, customer support, or helpdesk roles is a plus, but entirely optional—our experts provide comprehensive, ground-up training.
