Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Advisor, you do far more than just answer inquiries. You guide users through the digital payment ecosystem and ensure their financial transfers go smoothly.

  • User Support: Assist French-speaking clients with questions regarding digital wallets, account access, and payment processing.
  • Tech Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve platform issues, making complex financial tools simple and accessible for customers.
  • Data Security: Strictly adhere to safety protocols to safeguard sensitive financial information and prevent fraud.
  • Global Teamwork: Utilize your English skills to collaborate with international departments and stay updated on the latest fintech developments.
  • Improving the Experience: Share valuable user feedback and ideas to help our development teams continuously optimize the platform.

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken French, paired with a solid intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable operating different software systems and digital financial tools.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive financial matters with patience, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach.
