Role Summary
We are on the lookout for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue growth for a global pioneer in the Artificial Intelligence space. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing market share by managing both inbound leads and outbound sales initiatives.
The perfect fit for this position is a tenacious "hunter" who possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, excels at consultative selling, and prioritizes long-term client success.
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Development: Discover and nurture new business opportunities utilizing multi-channel outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media networking.
- End-to-End Sales Management: Qualify client needs, pitch bespoke AI-driven advertising solutions, and guide prospects from initial discovery through to contract signature.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently achieve or surpass assigned quarterly sales quotas and activity benchmarks.
- Data Integrity: Meticulously log and track all client interactions, lead statuses, and deal progressions within Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee a seamless client onboarding experience and identify expansion or upselling potential.
Candidate Profile
Essential Criteria
- Linguistic Skills: Minimum C1 proficiency in German and B2 proficiency in English.
- Professional Background: 2 to 3 years of verifiable success in B2B corporate sales, account acquisition, or cold outreach environments.
- Domain Expertise: A solid grasp of online advertising mechanisms, including search engine marketing (SEO/PPC) and general digital media ecosystems.
- Technical Literacy: Prior experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software, alongside strong database navigation skills.
- Attributes: Highly self-sufficient, resilient under pressure, and inherently motivated by commercial targets.
Desirable Assets
- Proven track record of pitching to C-suite executives via consultative sales frameworks.
- Prior experience managing high-value, high-growth accounts.
- Familiarity with advertising technologies or machine learning/AI applications.
Remuneration & Perks
- Fixed Base Compensation: €30,000 gross annually
- Variable Commission: €5,175 gross annually at 100% target achievement (fully uncapped—earning potential scales directly with your results)
