Your Responsibilities

This position marks a shift away from high-volume transactional sales toward high-level corporate relationship cultivation and bespoke, value-driven strategy design.

  • Key Account Relationship Management: Act as the primary advisor for crucial client accounts, fostering trusted, consultative relationships with founders, C-suite executives, and senior corporate buyers.
  • Consultative Commercial Growth: Expand revenue streams by tracking down, structuring, and closing high-value B2B agreements that possess strong recurring revenue potential.
  • Regulatory Solution Delivery: Ensure the punctual, high-quality execution of essential compliance services adapted to the specific targets and demands of corporate clients.
  • Performance Analysis & Forecasts: Monitor core metrics—such as seasonal sales objectives and yearly pipelines—to generate clear, transparent activity summaries for the leadership team.
  • Market Insight Monitoring: Keep a close watch on global e-commerce shifts to cultivate deep industry expertise and anticipate coming regulatory modifications.
  • Corporate Ambassadorship: Represent the brand at major industry trade shows, digital webinars, and face-to-face client conferences (roughly 3–4 business trips per year throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and broader Europe).
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Mentoring: Partner closely with regional sales teams to uncover fresh market avenues while providing guidance and professional development to junior business development reps.

The Ideal Candidate

We are searching for an analytical, relationship-driven commercial expert who values enduring strategic partnerships over aggressive cold calling and commands the authority to engage directly with executive boards.

Minimum Standards:

  • Professional Track Record: 2 to 5+ years of demonstrable success in corporate B2B sales, account management, or business development—preferably within professional services, e-commerce infrastructure, tax tech, or SaaS environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level mastery of German, paired with professional English fluency (C1 minimum), ensuring smooth navigation of a global corporate setting and seamless management of DACH accounts.
  • Commercial Philosophy: A value-focused, consultative partnership approach that aligns with user goals rather than a reliance on high-volume telesales.
  • Communication Prowess: Exceptional pitching and presentation skills, with the corporate maturity necessary to command attention from founders and executive suites.
  • Structure & Composure: Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of maintaining a calm, customer-first attitude under tight deadlines.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline is preferred, though equivalent, real-world commercial triumphs are highly valued.

Desirable Extras:

  • Prior background selling global regulatory tools, tax software, or specialized e-commerce advisory services.
  • Additional communication skills in Turkish.
