• Omnichannel Support: Professionally manage complex customer queries across phone, email, and live chat, focusing on global shipping, logistics, and digital payment systems.
• First-Touch Resolution: Analyze and resolve customer issues effectively during the very first contact to maximize satisfaction and streamline support.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
