We are hunting for a German-Fluent Technical Support Agent to join our growing division. In this position, you will act as a lifeline for businesses and merchants utilizing a cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) network.

Position Summary
As a frontline Support Agent, you will be the primary link to business clients operating our advanced POS infrastructure. Your mission is to deliver high-quality, practical support that keeps their daily commercial operations running seamlessly. Whether navigating software bugs, resolving payment transaction errors, or assisting with equipment setups, you will walk clients through to a resolution with clarity and patience.
Core Duties
- B2B Relations: Handle incoming inquiries from German-speaking business clients across telephone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Guide merchants through system configurations, network connectivity, software layouts, payment gateways, and basic hardware diagnostics.
- Account Maintenance: Support users with billing inquiries, profile adjustments, and major software updates.
- Data Entry: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, technical issues, and final solutions in the CRM platform.
- Ticket Escalation: Identify complex or deep-tier technical bottlenecks and hand them off to advanced engineering teams.
Profile Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Language Proficiency: Mastery of the German language (written and oral) equivalent to a native speaker, alongside solid English (B2 level minimum) for corporate training and internal alignment.
- Legal Residency: Active residence in Portugal with all required working paperwork ready (including NIF and CRUE/Residency permits). Candidates applying from abroad will be automatically filtered out.
- Availability: Preparedness to handle a rotating shift pattern within our standard operational window.
- Digital Literacy: Natural comfort with learning new software platforms, multitasking across various applications, and simplifying technical jargon for clients.
Desirable Background:
- Previous exposure to customer service, helpdesk roles, or the retail/hospitality sectors is highly valued but not mandatory. We offer full onboarding training!
Hours & Remote Conditions
- Commitment: 40 hours a week (split into 8-hour daily shifts, 5 days per week).
- Operational Window: Rota-based scheduling between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
- Work Arrangement: 100% home-based from anywhere in Portugal.
- Work Tools: You will not need to provide your own computer. The enterprise will supply and deliver all required high-spec office hardware straight to your doorstep.
Financial Package & Perks
We offer a leading compensation package designed for the local Portuguese workforce:
- Base Salary: €1,100 gross per month, issued 14 times per calendar year (incorporating the statutory Christmas and Summer allowances).
