Position Summary As a Google Ads advisor in Barcelona, you will help Dutch enterprises expand their online footprint. You will take full responsibility for account performance—guiding new clients through setup, expanding ad feature usage, maintaining account retention, and maximizing advertising outcomes.
Primary Duties
- Tailored Onboarding: Work with newly onboarded clients to understand business goals and establish multi-channel strategy maps.
- Decision-Maker Outreach: Connect directly with corporate leaders to demonstrate campaign value and align ad investments.
- Campaign Execution: Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, adjusting audience targeting, creative copy, and landing pages.
- Analytics Tracking: Deep-dive into campaign metrics to extract actionable insights that increase client ROI.
- Pipeline Updates: Record all customer touchpoints and upcoming opportunities in the internal CRM platform.
- Localized Insights: Share Dutch market intelligence to assist with internal strategy alignment.
Applicant Profile
- Languages: Fluent C1/C2 level Dutch with business-level English.
- Professional Background: Prior experience in account management, B2B sales, or digital consulting.
- Market Understanding: Understanding of Dutch corporate expectations, regional trends, and GDPR regulations.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent verbal expression, and comfort using modern tech software.
- Profile: Motivated, adaptable, and focused on meeting set KPI goals.
