We are searching for an energetic and client-oriented Polish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to become an integral part of our diverse international team in Lisbon, Portugal.
In this capacity, you will act as the primary voice for our Polish-speaking clientele, delivering exceptional support across multiple communication channels including email, telephone, and live chat. Your expertise will guide customers through troubleshooting inquiries, understanding products or services, and ensuring a smooth, positive end-to-end experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries from Polish-speaking customers regarding accounts, orders, service updates, and general information via telephone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer needs, investigate technical or account-related roadblocks, and deliver prompt, precise, and professional solutions.
- Service Quality: Uphold exceptional customer satisfaction standards by communicating with politeness, clarity, and genuine empathy.
- Systems & Logging: Document customer interactions, feedback, and account updates thoroughly within internal CRM databases and tracking software.
- Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with peers and supervisors to enhance customer support workflows, share best practices, and contribute to team success.
Requirements
- Essential Criteria:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent command of Polish (both written and spoken), combined with at least a B2 level in English for training sessions, internal communication, and system navigation.
- Technical Aptitude: Solid foundational computer skills and ease with digital tools, ticketing platforms, and CRM systems.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal abilities, active listening, and a natural knack for problem-solving.
- Flexibility: Openness to working within a rotational shift pattern spanning 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00.
- Work Arrangement: Fully committed to working on-site at our Lisbon office.
- Experience & Background:
- Prior background in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous but not strictly required. Comprehensive, fully paid training will be provided to guarantee your success!
Compensation & Benefits Package
Candidates can choose between two tailored contract structures depending on whether they require relocation assistance to Lisbon:
- Option A: With Relocation Package (Ideal for candidates moving to Lisbon)
- Gross Base Salary: EUR 1,050.00 per month (distributed across 12 payments annually).
- Accommodation Included: A private bedroom in a company-provided shared apartment, with all household utility bills (water, electricity, gas, and internet) fully covered.
- Flight Reimbursement: Initial travel ticket to Lisbon reimbursed upon successfully passing the probationary period.
- Option B: Without Relocation Package (Ideal for candidates already living in Lisbon)
- Gross Base Salary: EUR 1,237.83 per month (distributed across 12 payments annually).
