Key Duties & Core Responsibilities

  • Customized Travel Care & Advisory: Act as a dedicated personal concierge for Danish-speaking travelers, providing tailored recommendations, handling bespoke booking modifications, coordinating luxury hotel or villa stays, and arranging special operational requests.
  • Digital Ecosystem Support: Educate and guide users through platform feature sets, helping them navigate self-service account portals, mobile app tools, digital pass credentials, and online reservation management systems.
  • High-Priority Disruption Management: Act as the first line of defense during unexpected travel disruptions, rapidly resolving sudden flight cancellations, severe delay rerouting, connection overbooking, and emergency accommodation changes to minimize traveler stress.
  • Refined Omnichannel Interaction: Deliver sophisticated, highly articulate support across multiple real-time communication channels, including inbound phone inquiries, professional email correspondence, and instant messaging chats in fluent Danish.
  • System Data & Case Logging: Maintain flawless operational hygiene by meticulously capturing customer preferences, booking updates, special requirements, and resolution paths within enterprise CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with global back-office operational units, international airline representatives, and partner hotel management teams to resolve high-tier service queries efficiently.

  • Language Qualifications:
    • Danish: Native or fluent command (C1/C2 level) to deliver polished, culturally sensitive support to premium Danish clientele.
    • English: Solid professional proficiency (minimum B2 level) for internal corporate systems, team alignment, and ongoing corporate training programs.
