We are actively recruiting a Customer Advisor to work on-site in Malta and support our dedicated Car Rental Support Team. The Position: Supporting Global Travelers
You will be representing a significant international car rental brand, ensuring that every Italian-speaking customer has a positive and effortless experience. Your role is key to managing the entire rental journey.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Multichannel Contact: Handling all incoming and outgoing customer communication via phone, email, and chat, strictly in Italian.
- Booking Management: Assisting customers with new reservations, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries related to their rentals.
- Policy Expertise: Clearly explaining rates, availability, insurance specifics, and contractual terms to customers.
- Conflict Resolution: Addressing customer issues and complaints with maturity and a focus on finding effective, positive solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately logging all customer interactions and strictly adhering to data protection protocols.
- Collaboration: Working closely with various internal departments to quickly resolve complex support cases.
Your Profile: Skills & Requirements
We prioritize attitude, language skills, and location eligibility for this role.
- Language Mandatory: You must be fluent (C1 or higher) in both spoken and written Italian.
- Internal Communication: Proficiency in English is needed for training and internal team interaction.
- Location Critical: Candidates must be based and legally residing in Malta—we cannot offer relocation support.
- Soft Skills: Strong people skills, a proactive, problem-solving mindset, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge and the capacity to efficiently learn new operational systems.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern, which includes weekends and public holidays.
- Bonus Experience: Any prior background in customer service, travel, or the automotive/rental sector is a plus, but not required.
