This is an on-site position in the heart of Berlin, designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative office environment and are already based in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you arent just selling; you are helping businesses succeed in the digital age. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client engagement and campaign optimization.

  • Strategic Consultancy: Act as a digital marketing expert for small and medium-sized businesses in the Dutch market, advising them on how to maximize their social media presence.
  • Sales Execution: Use a consultative approach to identify growth opportunities, pitching advanced advertising solutions that align with client goals.
  • Campaign Optimization: Analyze advertising data and KPIs to provide actionable insights, helping clients improve their ROI and scale their digital reach.
  • B2B Relationship Management: Conduct inbound and outbound consultations via phone and email to build long-term partnerships with advertisers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends and the competitive landscape in the Netherlands to provide relevant, cutting-edge advice.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a professional who combines sales grit with a deep interest in digital ecosystems.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (excellent written and verbal communication) and a minimum of B2 English for internal communication and training.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Sales is mandatory. Experience in digital marketing, telemarketing, or account management is a significant plus.
  • Location: You must be already residing in Berlin or the immediate surrounding area. We are only considering local candidates for this role.
  • Mindset: A data-driven individual who is comfortable working toward targets and KPIs.
  • Technical Interest: A genuine interest in social media platforms, algorithms, and the future of digital advertising.
