Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for building high-level business partnerships? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our award-winning consulting team in Krakow. You will act as a strategic advisor for top global tech clients, helping large organizations manage digital and cloud transitions while hitting major growth targets.
This hybrid role offers great flexibility, with three days a week at our Krakow office and two days of remote work.
Strategic Impact & Goals
In this role, you will focus on expert problem-solving rather than just hitting sales numbers. Your mission is to find cloud-based opportunities and work with top-level executives to modernize their business technology.
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with small-to-medium businesses and corporate leaders.
- Revenue Growth: Use your product knowledge to lead negotiations, solve client concerns, and consistently beat your sales goals.
- Sales Pipeline: Proactively find high-potential leads and manage a professional sales funnel for our global tech partners.
- Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of trends in cloud and digital advertising to provide expert advice to your clients.
- Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams and managers to ensure your personal goals match the company's bigger plans.
What We're Looking For
We want a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced business environment and has a disciplined "hunter" mindset.
- Language Skills: Professional level German (B2+/C1) and fluent English (B2) for global business communication.
- Experience: At least one year in sales, with a proven track record in finding leads, closing deals, or managing accounts.
- Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of cloud technology and a real interest in how the tech industry is evolving.
- Mindset: A resilient, self-starting attitude with the ability to solve complex business problems on your own.
- Location: You must live in or be ready to move to Krakow, Poland.
