The Opportunity
As the primary consultant for the Netherlands, you will manage the digital strategy for new partners. Your goal is to ensure they are set up correctly and achieve long-term financial growth.
Your Role: Strategic Growth and Advisory
In this position, you will be responsible for the client's first experience with us. You will turn complex advertising technology into real results that help their businesses grow.
- Campaign Management: You will handle the technical setup and the strategic launch of high-performing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) ads for a variety of Dutch clients.
- Product Specialist: You will be an expert on top advertising tools, choosing and adjusting them to fit each client's specific business goals.
- Consultative Sales: You will analyze what a client needs to provide custom marketing solutions that maximize their return on investment (ROI).
- Revenue Optimization: You will find new ways to grow accounts and manage budgets to get the maximum value for your partners.
- Data Accuracy: You will keep the CRM system updated and accurate to ensure all departments can work together smoothly.
Who We Are Looking For
We want a professional who is good at analyzing data and has the communication skills to build strong trust with Dutch business leaders.
- Education: A University degree (BA/BS) is required. A Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is a major plus.
- Language Skills: You must have native or C2-level fluency in both Dutch and English for professional business discussions.
- Background: You need at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a similar role where you worked directly with clients and hit your targets.
- Digital Skills: You are comfortable using data and analytics to create smart strategies and insights for your clients.
- Market Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of Dutch business culture, local rules like GDPR, and the digital landscape in the Netherlands.
