In this important role, you will represent a leader in the consumer credit industry. You will act as a Financial Consultant, helping clients manage their personal projects with clear advice, technical accuracy, and high professional standards.

Your Mission: Helping Clients Reach Their Goals

Working from a modern office with the support of a local leadership team, your main tasks will include:

  • Professional Communication: Handle high-level requests through phone, email, and live chat, providing expert information on various financial products.
  • Documentation & Rules: Guide clients through the application process by making sure all paperwork is correct and explaining complex financial terms in easy-to-understand language.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up with clients personally to ensure they are happy and to build long-term loyalty to the brand.
  • Profile Review: Look at client profiles to recommend the best and most efficient financial solutions for their specific needs.

Who We Are Looking For: Precision & Empathy

We want professionals who are very organized and dedicated to providing great customer service.

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native mastery of French (C1/C2). Excellent speaking and writing skills are our most important requirements.
  • On-site Presence: This is a 100% in-office job. You must live in or be ready to travel to Braga to work with our high-energy team.
  • Ambition: You don't need previous finance experience to apply. We provide a fully paid, in-depth training program to make sure you succeed.
  • Core Skills: You are naturally empathetic, enjoy teamwork, and have the discipline to work well in a busy environment.
  • Note: You do not need to speak English for this role.

Work Schedule & Balance

Our schedule is consistent and designed to help you maintain a good work-life balance:

  • Work Week: A standard 40-hour week.
  • Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends: You will only work on Saturday mornings (08:00 to 15:00).
  • Time Off: Two days off per week. Sundays are always off, plus one extra day during the week.

Pay & Benefits

We offer long-term stability and a great rewards package:

  • Salary: A base pay of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (this includes your mandatory Summer and Christmas bonuses).
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per work day—one of the highest rates in Portugal.
