Your Mission: Managing the Customer Journey

As a Financial Relations Specialist, you are the face of the bank, combining technical accuracy with great personal service.

• Customer Support: Help customers via phone and email with account management, online banking tools, and general financial services.
• Problem Solving: Identify what the client needs, break down complex questions, and provide quick, high-quality solutions or send the case to the right specialist.
• Security & Rules: Make sure every conversation follows the strict safety and legal rules required in international banking.
• Digital Tools: Use advanced company software to keep perfect records and maintain an accurate history for every customer.
