Core Daily Responsibilities
As an Italian Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the essential, friendly face of our brand, providing outstanding service and care to our Italian-speaking audience. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around the following primary areas:
- Managing Inbound Customer Contacts: Professionally and empathetically assisting users across multiple interaction channels, including incoming phone calls, email messages, and real-time live chat conversations.
- Technical & Account Troubleshooting: Methodically investigating account inquiries, system errors, and technical obstacles, systematically guiding users through step-by-step solutions until their problems are fully resolved.
- CRM Data Entry & Tracking: Documenting thorough, accurate, and organized notes regarding customer interactions, feedback, and open issue tickets within our central CRM software.
- Continuous Product & System Learning: Building and maintaining an in-depth understanding of system updates, operational guidelines, and internal diagnostic tools to ensure every solution provided is precise and up-to-date.
- KPI & Quality Alignment: Consistently meeting or exceeding your individual performance metrics and target key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile
Language Proficiency
- Italian: Fluent-level command of both spoken and written communication.
- English: Strong professional working proficiency (at least B2 level) to ensure smooth collaboration with our global management team and international colleagues.

Salary Options & Living Arrangements
We provide two distinct compensation structures, giving you the flexibility to choose the living arrangement that best aligns with your lifestyle and preferences in Lisbon:
- Option A (Independent Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,340, ideal if you prefer to search for, rent, and manage your own apartment.
- Option B (Company-Provided Housing): A gross monthly salary of €1,060 paired with dedicated corporate accommodation managed directly by the company.
