Daily Operational Duties

  • Material Auditing: Assess user-generated posts—including profile pages, videos, images, and text—to ensure complete adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Platform Safety: Identify and remove harmful, fraudulent, or toxic material to preserve the health of the online community.
  • Incident Resolution: Manage user complaints and escalations regarding account restrictions and security concerns with high data accuracy.
  • Operational Mindset: Exercise emotional neutrality, empathy, and speed to consistently hit team-specific quality targets.

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate

  • Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Ukrainian, combined with solid English skills (B2 level) to successfully complete internal training and daily corporate communication.
  • Legal Prerequisites: Candidates must currently hold EU Citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Card (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status.
  • Professional History: While a background in customer care or content review is helpful, it is not required. We offer complete professional onboarding to set you up for success.
  • Resilience: Comfort with reviewing sensitive internet content and the agility to work in a rapid-turnaround environment with changing schedules.

Income & Work Timeline

  • Salary Rate: €1,237 Gross per month (distributed over 12 months).
  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours total per week, organized across 5 working days.
  • Daily Schedule: 8 hours of active duty combined with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Roster Rotation: Shift patterns are scheduled Monday through Sunday, within an operational window of 07:00 to 00:00 (Midnight).
