Ukrainian Speaking Content Moderator (on-site)

• Eligibility: Strictly for applicants currently based in Portugal
• Compensation: €1,237 Gross per month (12-month structure)
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days a week, rotating shifts between 07:00 and 00:00)

In this role, you will act as a vital line of defense for the user base of a premier global social media platform. You will be part of a dedicated team working to ensure a secure, respectful, and positive digital environment for millions of daily users.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

As a Content Analyst, you will manage platform safety and enforce community guidelines through the following tasks:

• Content Auditing: Review and evaluate user-generated material—including text, images, videos, and profiles—to ensure strict adherence to platform policies.
• Threat Mitigation: Identify, flag, and remove harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content to preserve the integrity of the digital ecosystem.
• Escalation Resolution: Handle escalated user reports regarding account security, vulnerabilities, and safety violations with high accuracy.
• Performance Metrics: Maintain an objective, empathetic approach while consistently meeting established speed, productivity, and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Language Skills: Native or near-native mastery of Ukrainian, coupled with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level) for corporate training and internal corporate alignment.
• Legal Status: Must possess valid European Union Citizenship, a Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Documentation.
• Resilience: Comfortable analyzing sensitive online material and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a rotating roster.

Preferences (Nice-to-Haves):

• Prior experience in content moderation, digital safety, or customer support is advantageous but not mandatory—comprehensive professional training is provided.
