Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

In this role, your daily routine will revolve around:

• Live Stream Hosting: Anchoring and leading interactive, real-time broadcasts from our state-of-the-art studio.
• Audience Engagement: Building a strong rapport with viewers in Korean, keeping the live chat lively and the atmosphere welcoming.
• Broadcast Synchronization: Mastering our on-screen production software to guarantee a flawless viewing experience (full technical training is provided).
• Brand Ambassadorship: Maintaining excellent professional etiquette and a polished personal appearance as the public face of the company.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

We are searching for charismatic, forward-thinking professionals who possess excellent communication skills and are ready to kickstart an international career.

• Linguistic Capabilities: Native or C1-level fluency in Korean, paired with intermediate English skills (B1/B2) to collaborate effectively with our internal team.
• Dynamic Screen Presence: A natural talent for captivating an online audience and maintaining high energy during live shows.
• Operational Agility: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including the flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (including days, nights, and weekends).

• Background Variety: Experience in media production, luxury customer service, or the performing arts is a major plus, though not mandatory for naturally talented candidates.
