Job Openings Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

About the job Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor (on-site)

Work Format: 100% On-Site (Based out of our modern Sofia headquarters)

We are actively hiring driven, service-oriented individuals to join our expanding team in Bulgaria's lively capital. In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for a world-renowned corporate travel platform, helping business professionals manage their itineraries with absolute confidence and peace of mind.

This role goes far beyond traditional customer service—you will act as a digital concierge for corporate clients. As a Travel Management Consultant, you will use your problem-solving skills to deliver elite support in both Dutch and English, helping travelers navigate international itineraries and unforeseen schedule changes.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As a Customer Advisor, your daily operational duties will include:

  • Multichannel Communication: Responding quickly to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking corporate clients via phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
  • Itinerary Management: Handling end-to-end travel logistics, including reserving, modifying, or canceling flights, hotel accommodations, and rental cars.
  • Database Navigation: Working with advanced global distribution systems (GDS) and internal corporate software to retrieve and deliver accurate travel information.
  • Disruption Management: Handling real-time travel emergencies—such as cancellations, delays, or missed connections—to minimize impact on the client's trip.
  • Elite Service Standards: Maintaining a calm, empathetic, and professional tone to preserve the premium reputation of our partner brand.
  • Fully Funded Onboarding: No background in travel or customer care? No problem. We provide a comprehensive, fully paid training academy to teach you our systems and industry standards from scratch.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Qualifications

We value clear communication, language proficiency, and a positive mindset above specialized industry experience.

  • Language Credentials: Native or near-native mastery (C1/C2 level) of written and spoken Dutch, paired with an upper-intermediate command (B2 level) of English for internal teamwork and tracking.
  • Interpersonal Approach: Exceptional communication skills marked by a polite, welcoming, and solution-driven attitude.
  • Tech Savviness: Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and software tools simultaneously.
  • Composure Under Pressure: The natural capacity to stay level-headed and efficient when managing time-sensitive travel emergencies.
  • Location Readiness: Full willingness to work entirely on-site at our centrally located, high-tech corporate office in Sofia.

Compensation, Perks & Company Culture

We believe in supporting our employees and rewarding language skills with a strong benefits package:

  • Earnings Structure: A competitive, fixed monthly base salary supplemented by performance-based monthly cash rewards.
  • Immediate Protection: Full private health and life insurance plans active starting on your very first day under contract.
  • Career Growth: Clear, structured advancement tracks designed to help you earn promotions into Team Leader, Quality Assurance, or Corporate Trainer roles.
  • Workplace Environment: A vibrant, international office setting featuring team-building activities, social events, and dedicated on-site break rooms.
  • Extra Incentives: Monthly meal vouchers, subsidized sports club passes (such as a Multisport card), and various employee discounts.

Relocation Assistance to Bulgaria

If you are moving from another country to join our team in Sofia, our mobility coordinators will ensure a smooth transition:

  • Paid Travel: The company covers the entire cost of your initial flight ticket to Sofia.
  • Initial Housing: Complimentary hotel lodging provided upon arrival to give you a stress-free base while searching for a permanent apartment.
  • Administrative Assistance: Step-by-step guidance from our local HR staff to help you secure local residency paperwork and open a local bank account.
