We are searching for a dynamic Remote Italian-Speaking Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this position, you will connect with prospects and clients, driving revenue and delivering exceptional service from the comfort of your home.

Relocation Perk: While this is a remote role based in Portugal, we welcome international applicants! If you are moving from abroad to take this position, the company will provide a private room in a shared corporate apartment.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will engage with Italian-speaking clients, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions. Your goal is to meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, enthusiastic communication.

Schedule & Working Conditions

• Operational Hours: Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Rotational shifts, including bank holidays).
• Rest Days: 2 days off per week—Sunday is always fixed, plus 1 additional rotating day off during the week.
• Workstyle: 100% virtual and remote across Portugal.
• Equipment: The company provides a full, high-tech work setup shipped directly to your residence.

Candidate Profile

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Italian (written and spoken), with a strong command of English for internal systems and training.
• Location & Rights: Must either reside in Portugal or be ready to relocate to Portugal with valid EU working rights.
• Sales Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, managing multiple digital tools, and adapting to new software.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive financial package tailored to the local market, plus rewarding performance incentives:

• Base Salary: €1,024 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes standard summer and winter allowances).
• Performance Bonus: Up to €225 gross monthly KPI bonus based on sales targets and quality metrics.
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day, distributed via a dedicated meal card.
• Housing (If Applicable): A private room in a fully furnished shared apartment for those moving from outside of Portugal.
• Training: Comprehensive, fully paid initial onboarding to set you up for ultimate sales success.
