Spanning four prime boutique locations across the city, we prioritize artisanal craftsmanship and strict climate-controlled preservation over high-volume sales. We are looking for an attentive Boutique Sales Specialist to deliver personalized customer service, manage day-to-day storefront operations, and engage enthusiastically with sophisticated patrons.

Position Summary & Core Duties This entirely on-site role combines face-to-face boutique sales, operational support, and local web-order processing.

• Consultative Selling: Provide expert product advice to both new visitors and regular clients looking for premium cigars, spirits, and related accessories.
• Service Excellence: Build lasting rapport with visitors, deliver a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure the shop floor remains impeccably maintained.
• POS & Operations: Execute register transactions, balance daily register totals, and complete routine retail administrative tasks.
• Stock & E-Commerce Handling: Unpack new inventory, participate in inventory audits, and assemble online store orders directly from our retail floor.
• Events & Tastings: Help organize and facilitate hosted cigar tastings and private client gatherings.
• Digital Assistance: Support straightforward website updates and help manage online order processing within the shop.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Criteria

• Background: At least 3 years of experience in retail sales, premium hospitality, or related customer-focused sectors.
• Languages: Fluent German abilities (C2 standard) paired with functional, intermediate English (B1 standard).
• Sales Aptitude: Strong commercial instinct with the confidence to advise high-net-worth customers.
• Environment Suitability: Comfort working in a lounge atmosphere where cigars are actively sampled.
• Store Logistics: Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems, balancing registers, and performing general daily store administration.
• Schedule Flexibility: Complete willingness to work 100% on-site across a 5-day rotating roster (Monday–Saturday).
